IWAKO Eraser set: Japanese Sweets

These adorable erasers by IWAKO will add a cute and fun touch to your desk and pen case.

The erasers have several parts and they can be separated and put together again, as a puzzle. 

IWAKO erasers are made in Japan using non-toxic ingredients. In addition, the materials used have passed the toy safety standards (Part 3, Sections 1 and 2) set by the Polymer Materials Center.

The erasability (erasing rate) test (based on JIS 6050 4.4) involves cutting an eraser to a certain size, setting it in a machine, and moving it back and forth three times over a piece of paper rubbed with a pencil. The paper is then exposed to infrared light, and the amount of graphite removed from the paper is measured. The standard is 80% or more, but Iwako's erasers achieved 87.7%.

This set has 5 erasers in the shape of delicious Japanese traditional sweets and 1 eraser on the shape of a bowl of matcha tea. They come with a plastic tray where you can "serve" the sweets and tea.
