  • Payment & Cancellation: Full payment is required at checkout to secure your pre-order. Once placed, pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded

  • Limited Availability: Each item is carefully handcrafted, and as a result, availability is limited. Most pre-order items are exclusive to this pre-order period and will not be restocked once it ends. If you’re interested in a piece, we recommend securing your order before the deadline.

  • Shipping & Combined Orders: If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-orders, we will ship everything together once all products are ready. If you prefer to receive the available items sooner, we can arrange separate shipping for an additional cost—just reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to assist!
