Refund policy

Order cancelation
You can cancel your order only if the order has not been dispatched.  Once it has been dispatched, we cannot cancel it as it is already on its way to you. To cancel your order please contact us at shop@wanderlustbytsl.com as soon as possible.

Refund policy
We do not accept returns of products. We do several quality checks and assure the products sent are in pristine condition.

Refund can be only made if the package is insured and the product was damaged. If the package arrived damaged, please provide the photographic evidence within 3 days of receipt so that we can claim the damaged package to the private courier with the evidence. If the buyer did not claim the package and the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the item (not for the shipping fee as we have to pay for the shipping and for the return). If the given address is incomplete or incorrect and the package got lost, even if the package was insured, the courier does not give refund so no refund is provided.  So please make sure to have the right name and address, including the apartment number, and a telephone number to be able to contact you by the courier. Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on gift cards.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
