Pre-orders can not be cancelled after the pre-order closing date.
Refund policy
Refund can be only made if the package is insured and the product was damaged. If the package arrived damaged, please provide the photographic evidence within 3 days of receipt so that we can claim the damaged package to the private courier with the evidence. If the buyer did not claim the package and the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the item (not for the shipping fee as we have to pay for the shipping and for the return). If the given address is incomplete or incorrect and the package got lost, even if the package was insured, the courier does not give refund so no refund is provided. So please make sure to have the right name and address, including the apartment number, and a telephone number to be able to contact you by the courier. Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Policy for EU Customers (14‑Day Right of Withdrawal)
Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order.
To exercise this right, customers must submit a message through the “14‑Day Right of Withdrawal” form, located at the bottom left corner of the shop’s homepage. After receiving the request, the shop will send a personalized email with the return address and instructions.
If the customer chooses to return an item for personal reasons (not related to a defect), they are responsible for:

the return shipping cost,

properly insuring the shipment, and

providing a valid tracking number.
Also, please, remember to mark the package as a return item on the customs declaration.
The refund will be issued only after the returned item has been received and confirmed to be in the same condition as originally shipped, including all packaging and accessories.
If the item is returned used, damaged, incomplete, or in a condition that reduces its value, the shop reserves the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund to cover the loss of value, as permitted under EU consumer law.
If the item is defective or incorrect, the customer will receive a full refund, and the shop will cover the return shipping costs.
