Q: How much is the shipping?
[Group A (by DHL or EMS)]
Asia, USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand: 4,500JPY flat rate, except for some postal codes with difficult access.
Currently shipping with EMS to Europe and Canada to avoid the extra fees on the client side from the private couriers.
[Group B (by EMS or DHL)]
Middle East and Africa: 5500JPY flat rate.
Israel: 11,000JPY, (as DHL is charging an extra fee)
[Group C (by EMS or DHL)]
Mexico, Central and South America: 6500JPY flat rate.
[China (by EMS)]
From 1,600JPY to 3,800JPY depending on the weight.
[JAPAN (Yu-Pack)]
Regular Japan Post Yu-Pack prices per prefectures. If the shipping of a small product is availabe by LetterPack we will refund the overcharged shipping cost.
Q: Does DHL / FedEx provide tracking number?
After placing order, you will receive an email with detailed tracking information at every check-in process until the package arrives.
Q: How long do you take to dispatch my order?
All orders are shipped from Tokyo, Japan, within 1-3 business days of receiving payment.
Q: How long does shipping take (Fedex/DHL)?
- Asia: 2 - 3 business days
- USA and Canada: 3 - 5 business days
- Europe: 3 - 5 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 3 - 5 business days
- Middle East: 3 - 5 business days
- South America: 7 business days+
- Africa: 7 business days+
Q: How long does shipping take (EMS)?
About 7 to 10 days. Sometimes 15 days.
Q: How long does shipping take (Japan Post Small Package)?
About 15 to 20 days. Sometimes 25 days.
Q: Can you hold order?
Your shipping cart will keep your items with no expiration date. The products will disappear only if they get sold out. Please, contact us if you have any question: info@wanderlustbytsl.com
Q: Customs fees, handling fees or other shipment related fees
Many countries charge to the addressee a fee when receiving an international package, in concept of import taxes. Also, private couriers might charge some handling fees. Sometimes those charges might occur, sometimes not. We have no control over that and we can not know that information in advance, we are very sorry for that. Those fees need to be paid by the client.
Q: Packages delay or lost
We provide a tracking number with all our orders, so this will help to locate an order in case there is some delay or lost item. Please, understand that if some delay occurs, it is out of our power to hurry up the delivery. But, we will do our best to locate the package and make it arrive to our customers.
Q: Products damage
We package all our items with so much love and care, in order for them to arrive to you in pristine condition. If the damage is produced due to a bad handling by the courier, we will contact the courier company and negotiate the situation.
