• Production & Shipping: These products are handmade with care, and production times may vary. While TSL strives to meet estimated shipping dates, occasional delays may occur. We sincerely apologize in advance and appreciate your understanding.

• Payment & Cancellation: Full payment is required at checkout to secure your pre-order. Once placed, pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

• Limited Availability: Each item is carefully handcrafted, and as a result, availability is limited. Most pre-order items are exclusive to this pre-order period and will not be restocked once it ends. If you’re interested in a piece, we recommend securing your order before the deadline. We are a small shop and can not carry all the products in the catalogue, so pre-orders are recommended to assure you can get your desired product.
  

• Shipping & Combined Orders: If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-orders, we will ship everything together once all products are ready.
