You can cancel your order only if the order has not been dispatched. Once it has been dispatched, we cannot cancel it as it is already on its way to you.

Q: What is your refund policy?
Refund can be only made if the package is insured. If the package arrived damaged, please provide the photographic evidence within 5 days of receipt so that we can claim the damaged package to the private courier with the evidence. If the buyer did not claim the package and the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the item (not for the shipping fee as we have to pay for the shipping and for the return). If the given address is incomplete or incorrect and the package got lost, even if the package was insured, the courier does not give refund so no refund is provided. So please make sure to have the right name and address, including the apartment number, and a telephone number to be able to contact you by the courier.
