It has light and simple appearance, and its rounded corner has not only the soft look but sturdiness.
The inside panels cover widely the writing surface and it provides a smooth writing quality.
About oil leather:
Oil leather is made with cow leather that has been tanned with vegetable tannin and then rubbed with oil to make it more supple and durable. It is characterized by its soft and moist texture with oil, and as it is used, it develops a deep luster over time.
Since the surface finish is simple, it does not hide natural veins, wrinkles and other marks that are inherent to leather, but the more you use it, the more you can feel the goodness of the leather.
